He is the President of 3S Ventures, a consulting and investment company based in California. 3S also supplies advanced products for Molecular diagnostics to laboratories in the United States. Ramana is also the Chief Executive officer of Sapphire Health, a nutrition company supplying high-quality USA made probiotics and supplements to China. In addition to these roles, Ramana is a Partner at Bridge4bio, a global life science consulting company based in California, Partner at Ascend consulting, a Sharjah based business consultancy, Business advisor to Maculus Therapeutics, a California company with a novel extended-release technology for life-saving drugs, Business consultant to MegaRobo Technologies, a manufacturer of robotics for automated manufacturing, and MedTech consultant to Bioventures Investors, a highly respected venture capital firm based in Boston. Krishna mamidibathula
Krishna, one of our business advisors, plays a crucial role in negotiating remake rights with various regions, including South Korea. With his industry expertise, he provides valuable insights and guidance, helping us to secure successful deals and expand our global reach.
He has a strong passion for the entertainment industry and has been driving Guru Films’ US strategy since 2018. Before joining the company, he served as the finance director for two centers within the Stanford Graduate School of Education, where he oversaw $40 million in federal and foundation grant funding.
Krishna has also overseen the production of 20 new media shows for the USC Institute for Creative Technologies. He holds an MA in Media Management from Syracuse University.
Sridevi Koneru Rao
Sridevi, a key advisor at Guru Films, brings extensive experience and expertise to the table, with a particular strength in project strategy.
She leads the long-range strategy and planning for Cisco’s Customer Experience. At Guru, she contributes towards strategy and business operations. She has a unique profile that spans product development, international market development, sales operations and business development.
Sridevi has an MS in Computer Science from SCU and an MBA from Wharton. She has worked in leadership roles at Infinera, Adobe and Cisco APJC and is keen about talent development to create high-performance organisations. She excels at business planning and mapping insights to decision making to enable growth strategies.
PRADEEPA JEEVA
Pradeepa is a Producer and Social Entrepreneur and drives International Operations for Guru Films. She was named in Variety’s prestigious 40 under 40 “Hollywood’s New Leaders: 2016” as well as NBC Universal’s 26 Asian Americans to watch out for in 2017 “Redefine A to Z”. Having started her career with YouTube’s YOMYOMF Network, Pradeepa founded Jeeva Productions in 2013 to provide expertise to non-profits on integrating their campaigns across digital platforms. A 2017 Global Acumen Fellow, she has also worked closely with schools and educators in Northern Sri Lanka. Currently, she is the lead digital consultant at Derana Media, Sri Lanka, where she oversees 250 creators and is working on building out their digital model.
